Everybody wants to live longer

We’re all looking for that fountain of youth. That magic pill.

But it doesn’t exist.

And once you get into your late twenties and thirties, that’s when you really start to feel the aches and pains. Nothin major, just random aches you didn’t have before.

Think about it, ever day that passes, your body becomes more stiff. Tissues start solidifying around the joints.

One day you won’t be able to walk without assistance.

I’m not saying that to be mean, it’s just the course of life. Some day you will feel nothing but pain in your entire body. Aching from your spine and joints.

I’ve seen it. It’s not fun. Back in Texas working with orthopedic surgeon physical therapy assistant giving cervical and lumbar traction to patients from both sedatary and active lifestyles it doesn’t turn out well !!!

You might even end up hunched over permanently if you’re not careful.

Now don’t get depressed.

There’s good news.

If you’re under 40 you can slow down the aging process, significantly. All with some simple trigger point excercises.
