Trigger points

It seriously blows my mind how many people are in pain, sore or have tight muscles. Don’t get me wrong, I’m no different, I have pain sometimes, I get sore after an intense workout, but I have one advantage that most people don’t have. I’ve spent over 20 years studying trigger points.

Heard of a trigger point but not sure what it is?

Don’t ya worry I got you my friend, most people have no idea what a trigger point REALLY IS, and they sure as hell don’t know how to use them.

The good news is I’m going to give y’all some knowledge they should’ve taught us when we were growin up.

Bottom line is this: your body has a few trigger points, and if you press on them and massage them with the right force, you can heal your body.

Sounds crazy right? I thought so to when I first started studying trigger points over 20 years ago. Then I learned how easy it is to heal yourself. People always ask me, why are you poking on yourself. Then I show them how trigger points work and they’re hooked.

Now I’ve seen it all.

Have a killer headache? No problem. Two trigger points and I can snap you out of it in under 60 seconds.

Slept wrong? Easy. A few trigger points and you’ll feel like you slept perfectly.

Leg day got the best of you? Try a few lower body trigger points and you’ll be running and jumping without any soreness.

There’s no reason to walk around with any kind of pain, soreness or tightness. Ever.

I put together 10 key trigger points everyone needs to know.

Chances are you’re reading this on your phone or some other mobile device. Your arms bent by your side and your back hunched.

Depending on which statistic you believe, we spend on average 5-7 hours a day looking down at our phones. This puts a huge strain on your neck and spine.

Believe me, of all the places you don’t want to mess around with, it’s your neck and spine. There are so many nerves in that area.We obviously aren’t going to stop using our phones, so what should you do?
